Templates are normally provided by IRS, however we will utilise the insurer's
own templates if required. Digital photos are provided within reports
or separately as required. Digital video is also available.

We can also guarantee fees for a minimum of 12 months.
It is not necessary to enter into a formal contract when dealing with IRS. We are happy to deal informally on a 'one-off' survey basis, subject to monthly invoices being settled within 30 days for credit approved customers.
